摘　　要：随着肺结节的发病率逐渐增加,人们对其的重视也逐渐增加。吴福宁教授认为其发病的本质是正虚,邪毒为标,外邪的侵袭及内在病理产物的堆积是导致肺络不通而成结节的重要因素。吴教授主张以扶正治本、祛邪治标为治疗大法,临证中倡导调畅情志、肝肺同治,同时,“治未病”的思想贯彻始终,具体用药注重因人制宜,临床疗效显著。With the increasing incidence of pulmonary nodules,people pay more and more attention to them.Professor Wu Funing believes that the essence of the disease is deficient vital qi,pathogen poison as manifestation,the invasion of external evil and the accumulation of internal pathological products are the important factors leading to pulmonary obstruction and nodules.Professor Wu advocates to promote the right to cure the root,remove the evil and cure the symptoms as the treatment of great methods,advocating the regulation of emotions,liver and lung treatment,at the same time,the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"has always been carried out,the specific medication pays attention to different measures,and the clinical effect is significant.
