田水林主任基于治未病防治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎

摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒感染属于急需解决的公共卫生问题,其具有隐匿性、进展性、复杂性及难治性等特点,严重危害人们的生命健康安全。田水林主任医师长期致力于中西结合防治肝病的临床工作,在中西结合防治肝病领域积累了大量临床经验,并结合中医传统治未病思想,对于慢性乙型肝炎这一难治性疾病的防治有着独到的心得体会。文章回顾了中医历代医家的治未病思想理论,论述其未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复的核心理念,结合现代医学对于慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的认识以及田主任临床工作中的实际案例,对田主任防治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的心得体会进行了总结归纳。Hepatitis B virus infection is a public health problem that needs to be solved urgently.It has the characteristics of concealment,progress,complexity and refractory,which seriously endangers people's life,health and safety.Chief Physician Tian Shuilin has long been committed to the clinical work of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of liver disease.He has accumulated a lot of clinical experience in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of liver disease,and has unique experience in the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B,a refractory disease.This paper reviewed the thoughts and theories of traditional Chinese medicine in the past dynasties,and discussed the core concepts of prevention before disease,prevention of change after disease,and prevention after recovery.Combined with the understanding of modern medicine on chronic viral hepatitis B and the actual cases in the clinical work of Chief Physician Tian Shuilin,this paper summarized the experience of Chief Physician Tian Shuilin in the prevention and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.
