孟河医派申春悌教授理肺平喘丸治疗慢阻肺稳定期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究针对慢阻肺稳定期采用孟河医派申春悌教授理肺平喘丸进行治疗,并详细分析其临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2023年11月常州市新北薛家人民医院收治的慢阻肺稳定期患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用临床常规治疗措施,观察组则在此基础之上采用孟河医派申春悌教授理肺平喘丸进行治疗,3个月后比较2组治疗前后肺功能、6 min步行试验(6 MWT)和呼吸困难指数变化情况、咳痰喘症状情况。结果治疗前,2组肺功能、6MWT、呼吸困难指标、咳痰喘症状变化情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05);6MWT远于对照组(P<0.05);呼吸困难指数及咳痰喘症状变化情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对慢阻肺稳定期患者采取孟河医派申春悌教授理肺平喘丸进行中西医结合治疗,能够有效改善患者肺功能指标及咳痰喘等临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the use of Menghe medical school Professor Shen Chunti in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the stable stage with Lifei Pingchuan pills,and to analyze its clinical effect in detail.Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD in stable stage admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to November 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional clinical treatment,while the observation group received Lifei Pingchuan pills with Professor Shen Chunti of Menghe medical school.After 3 months,the pulmonary function,6-minute walking test(6MWT),dyspnea index and symptoms of expectoration and wheezing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in pulmonary function,6MWT,dyspnea index and symptoms of expectoration and wheeze between the two groups(P>O.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function index of observation group was higher than that of control group,the 6MWT was much longer than that of control group,the changes of dyspnea index and symptoms of expectoration and asthma were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine with Professor Shen Chunti's Lifei Pingchuan pills can effectively improve the pulmonary function index and clinical symptoms such as expectoration and wheeze in patients with COPD,which is worthy of clinical application.
