蜡疗联合白脉软膏治疗脑卒中肢体痉挛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨蜡疗联合白脉软膏治疗脑卒中肢体痉挛的疗效。方法 将72例脑卒中肢体痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组采用蜡疗联合白脉软膏治疗,对照组采用口服盐酸替扎尼定片治疗,疗程均为2周。比较2组治疗前后MAS评分、MBI评分、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,2组患者MAS评分、MBI评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗结束1个月后,观察组MAS评分、MBI评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 蜡疗联合白脉软膏能有效地改善脑卒中后肢体痉挛,促进运动功能恢复,提高生活质量,安全可靠值得推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of wax therapy combined with Baimai ointment in the treatment of limb spasms in stroke.Methods Seventy-two patients with limb spasms in stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the method of wax therapy combined with Baimai ointment,and the control group adopted the method of oral Western medicine tizanidine hydrochloride tablets.The treatment course of both groups was two weeks.The MAS score,MBI score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions was compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,MAS score and MBI score in 2 groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05).One month after treatment,MAS score and MBI score in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<O.05).Conclusion Wax therapy combined with Baimai ointment can effectively improve limb spasticity after stroke,promote the recovery of motor function,and improve the quality of life,which is safe,reliable and worth promoting.
