调任通督针刺法结合二甲双胍治疗痰湿证PCOS-IR 50例

摘　　要：目的观察调任通督针刺法结合二甲双胍在痰湿证多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗(PCOS-IR)中的治疗效果。方法选择2021年12月—2022年6月在深圳市妇幼保健院诊治的痰湿证PCOS-IR患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,各50例。对照组予口服二甲双胍治疗,研究组予口服二甲双胍结合调任通督针刺法干预。比较2组治疗前后外周血总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)水平及身体质量指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)变化。结果治疗3个月经周期后,研究组外周血的TC、LDL-C、TG水平及BMI和WHR均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论痰湿证PCOS-IR采用调任通督针刺法结合二甲双胍治疗,效果良好,可显著降低BMI值,并明显改善其胰岛素抵抗。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of regulating conception and dredging vessels acupuncture combined with metformin in the treatment of insulin resistance(IR)of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)with phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods In total 100 cases of PCOS-IR with phlegm-dampness syndrome in Shenzhen Maternity&Child healthcare Hospital from December 2021 to June 2022 were randomized into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.In the control group,oral administration of metformin was applied.In the treatment group,regulating conception and dredging vessels acupuncture combined with oral administration of metformin was applied.Before and after treatments,the serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triacylglycerol(TG)and body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)between thetwo groupswerecompared.ResultssAfterthree menstruation periods,the serum levels of TC,LDL-C and TG and BMI and WHR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating conception and dredging vessels acupuncture combined with metformin has remarkable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of PCOS-IR with phlegm-dampness syndrome,which could obviously reduce the weights and improve the IR situation.
