从营卫理论探讨桂枝汤在鼻病的应用

摘　　要：营卫之说,遍及中医病因、病机、辨证及方药,营卫循行周身,鼻窍亦为其流行之所,营卫不和,鼻之用失常而发病,张仲景首创桂枝汤为调和营卫之主方,被历代医家临证应用于各类疾病。文章从营卫理论及鼻病之病机着手,乃知营卫虚弱、鼻失濡养,营卫不通、邪壅鼻窍,治当“有形者祛其实,无形者调其能”,浅析桂枝汤之组方、功用,并举相应验案,探讨桂枝汤在临证治疗鼻病中的应用,明晰中医经典理论和经方在临证中的灵活应用。The theory of Yingwei,throughout the etiology,pathogenesis,dialectics and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,Yingwei follow the whole body,the nose is also the popular place,Yingwei discord,the use of nasal disorders and disease.Zhang Zhongjing first creates Guizhi decoction for the main side of harmonizing Yingwei,which has also been clinically applied to various system diseases.The article started from the theory of Yingwei and its relation with the pathogenesis of nasal diseases,found out that Yingwei is weak and nose is impaired.Yingwei obstruction,evil obstructing the nose,the treatment should be"the tangible to the actual,the invisible to adjust its ability",analysis of Guizhi decoction formula,function,gave the corresponding test cases,explored the application of Guizhi decoction in clinical treatment of nasal diseases,clear analysis of the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application of flexible prescription.
