分消走泄法治疗痰湿型脑梗死浅析

摘　　要：当今由于饮食和生活习惯的因素导致以湿热证为主要病因的疾病逐年增加,其中脑梗死由于致死率、致残率高,而备受重视。其中,以痰湿为主要病因的脑梗死发病率不断升高,湿热、痰湿已成为脑梗死不可忽视的重要影响因素。湿热合邪,困阻中焦,阻滞气机,上蒙清窍,清窍壅塞,导致头面诸证,甚则诱发脑梗死。分消走泄法苦降以逐湿,辛香以祛秽,增强机体气化。在治疗层面上作用在气分、血分,促进打通湿热与痰湿的外排通道,阻断湿热向痰湿的转换,促进痰湿向湿热的转化以促进外泄,使湿热与痰湿并祛。同时应对复杂性体质,如兼阴伤、兼郁热等,皆可间接调整治疗。Nowadays,due to the factors of diet and living habits,the diseases with damp-heat syndrome as the main cause increase year by year,among which cerebral infarction has been paid more attention because of its high mortality and disability rate.Among them,the incidence of cerebral infarction with phlegm dampness as the main cause is increasing,and dampness and heat have become important factors that cannot be ignored.Dampness-heat and phlegm-heat are both dampness-heat combined with evil,blocking the middle jiao,blocking the qi movement,clearing the orifice,leading to head and face syndrome,even inducing cerebral infarction.The method of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis is to reduce the bitterness to remove dampness,and the spicy fragrance is used to remove filth and enhance the vaporization of the body.At the therapeutic level,it plays a role in qi and blood,promotes the opening of the efflux channel of dampness-heat and phlegm heat,blocks the conversion of humid heat to phlegm heat,promotes the conversion of sputum heat to humid heat to promote leakage,and dispels humid heat and phlegm fever.At the same time,to cope with complex constitutions,such as yin injury,depression,etc.,can be indirectly adjusted treatment.
