非淋球菌性尿道炎男性患者解脲支原体、人型支原体的感染情况和抗生素耐药性研究

摘　　要：目的调查非淋球菌性尿道炎男性患者的支原体感染情况及12种抗生素的耐药情况。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年10月云南省中医医院男科门诊诊治的2629例非淋球菌性尿道炎患者尿道分泌物培养阳性的支原体感染情况及药敏检测结果。结果支原体感染主要以解脲支原体为主,少部分感染人型支原体;支原体对12种抗生素药敏检测结果显示,耐药性排名前3的抗生素分别为环丙沙星(97.45%)、左氧沙星(26.89%)、红霉素(16.81%)。结论非淋球菌性尿道炎男性患者解脲支原体感染占比远高于人型支原体;其对交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素较为敏感,对环丙沙星的耐药性最高,其次为左氧沙星和红霉素。Objective To investigate the mycoplasma infection status of male patients with non-gonococcal urethritis and the drug resistance status of 12 kinds of antibiotics.Methods A retrospectively analyze was conducted on the mycoplasma infection status and drug susceptibility test results of urethral secretion culture positive in 2,629 patients with non-gonococcal urethritis diagnosed and treated in the Department of Andrology Outpatient of Yunnan Provincial of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023.Results Mycoplasma infection was mainly dominated by Ureaplasma urealyticum,and a small part was infected with Mycoplasma hominis;the drug susceptibility test results of 12 antibiotics for mycoplasma showed that the top 3 antibiotics with drug resistance were ciprofloxacin(97.45%),levofloxacin(26.89%),and erythromycin(16.81%).Conclusions The proportion of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in male patients with non-gonococcal urethritis is much higher than that of Mycoplasma hominis;it is more sensitive to josamycin,minocycline,and doxycycline.It has the highest resistance to ciprofloxacin,followed by levofloxacin and erythromycin.
