摘　　要：反复种植失败(RIF)在全球接受辅助生殖技术治疗患者中的发病率为10%,严重影响育龄期不孕女性的身心健康。其中母体子宫内膜容受性减弱、子宫免疫功能紊乱及胚胎的侵袭能力减弱等与RIF的病因息息相关。外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)是免疫细胞的丰富来源,宫腔灌注自体PBMCs可显著提高RIF患者的胚胎种植率和妊娠率,但其作用机制尚未明确,本文就近年来对其作用机制的研究进行总结,以期为探索宫腔灌注自体PBMCs治疗RIF的具体相关分子机制研究提供新思路。Repeated implantation failure(RIF)occurs in 10%of patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology worldwide,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of infertile women of childbearing age.Among them,the weakening of maternal endometrial receptivity,uterine immune dysfunction,weakening of embryonic invasion ability and so on are closely related to the etiology of RIF.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)are a rich source of immune cells,and intrauterine perfusion of autologous PBMCs can significantly improve the embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of RIF patients,but its mechanism of action has not yet been clarified.This article summarizes the research on its mechanism of action in the past few years,in order to provide new ideas for exploring the specific releated molecular mechanism of intrauterine perfusion of autologous PBMCs in the treatment of RIF.
