菟枸助育汤治疗男性不育少弱精子症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究菟枸助育汤对男性不育少弱精子症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月北京中医药大学东直门医院诊治的76例20~50岁男性不育少弱精子症患者作为研究对象。比较治疗前后精液常规、中医证候评分,统计研究期间及治疗结束后6个月内配偶受孕情况,评价疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,患者精液液化情况、前向运动精子百分率(PR)、PR+非前向运动精子百分率(NP)、精子浓度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。配偶受孕率为14.47%(11例)。治疗后,中医证候评分总分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且有18项较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为94.74%;无不良反应发生。结论菟枸助育汤治疗男性不育少弱精子症患者的临床疗效显著,可有效改善精液常规指标,改善中医证候评分,且安全性好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tugou Zhuyu Decoction in treating male infertile patients with oligoasthenospermia.Methods A total of 76 male infertility patients with oligoasthenospermia aged between 20 and 50 who received treatment at Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Semen parameters and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the patients before and after treatment were compared,and the pregnancy condition of spouses during the study period and within 6 months after treatment were recorded.The efficacy and safety of therapy were evaluated.Results After treatment,the sperm liquefaction status,progressive motility of sperm rate(PR),PR+non-progressive motility of sperm rate(NP)and sperm concentration were significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate among spouses was 14.47%(11 cases).The total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),with 18 traditional Chinese medicine syndromes showing significant improvement after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.74%,with no adverse reactions observed.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of Tugou Zhuyu Decotion in treating male infertility patients with oligoasthenozoospermia is significant.It can effectively improve semen routine indicators,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and has good safety.
