“脑心共主神明”在男科疾病中的应用探析

摘　　要：神明主导人之情志,脑心无以宁神、化神而致精室失用,引发男子诸疾,而精室失用又加重心理负担,最终形成“神-形”互损的恶性循环。本文基于“脑心共主神明”理论,探讨男科疾病的病因病机,在治疗方面重视调神以治形,治形以调神,共调心脑之神,以养血化神、解郁宁神、清热调神、重镇安神等法为主,使男子神明清灵,神机条达,恢复精室功能。The spirit governs human emotions and thoughts.If the brain and heart cannot calm the mind and transform the spirit,it leads to dysfunction in the essence chamber,resulting in various male disorders.Furthermore,this dysfunction can increase psychological burden,ultimately leading to a vicious cycle of"spirit-body".This paper explores the pathogenesis and etiology of andrology diseases from the perspective of"brain and heart govern the spirit".The treatment approach focuses on harmonizing the mind to heal the body and harmonizing the body to heal the mind,promoting a dual adjustment of the brain′s and heart′s spirit.Methods mainly include nourishing the blood to harmonize the spirit,relieving stress to calm the mind,clearing heat to restore balance,and using heavy sedation to maintain tranquility.The goal is to restore the clarity of the spirit,to allow for a free flow of energy,and to reinstate the functions of the essence chamber.
