摘　　要：文章研究了军士职业教育中航空装备类课程的理实一体化教学改革,详细论述了航空装备理实一体化教学过程中存在的问题、教学模式、典型教学方法和教学策略,对开展航空装备理实一体化教学改革,提高军士装备实践能力,满足岗位需要具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper studies the teaching reform of the integration of science and practice in the aviation equipment course of the non-commissioned vocational education,this paper discusses in detail the problems,teaching models,typical teaching methods and teaching strategies existing in the teaching process of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment,and carries out the teaching reform of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment,it is significant to improve the practical ability of sergeant's equipment to meet the post needs.
