摘　　要：教学档案是教学过程中的重要数据,在本科教育教学评估中有着重要作用。二级学院作为学校办学的主体,教学档案资源内容丰富,涵盖面广,体系庞大。但长期以来,高校更注重学校机关职能部门的档案管理,而二级学院的教学档案管理存在档案制度不健全、管理手段落后等问题。海洋学院以烟台大学本科教学评估为契机,健全教学档案管理制度,使用现代档案管理理论和技术对教学档案进行科学规范化管理,为本科教学评估提供了数据保障。Teaching records are important data in the teaching process and play a crucial role in undergraduate education evaluation.As the main body of school operation,secondary colleges have rich teaching archive resources,wide coverage,and a huge system.However,for a long time,universities have paid more attention to the archive management of functional departments of the school,while the teaching archive management of secondary colleges has problems such as incomplete archive systems and outdated management methods.Taking the undergraduate teaching evaluation of Yantai University as an opportunity,the Ocean College has improved the management system of teaching archives,and used modern archive management theories and technologies to scientifically standardize the management of teaching archives,providing data guarantee for undergraduate teaching evaluation.
