摘　　要：高校的招生工作作为新高考改革的关键一环,既是人才选拔的过程,又体现出人才选拔的结果。地方医科类院校作为国家医学教育的主阵地,对推动高等教育发展和健康中国战略实施有着举足轻重的作用,理应紧跟时代发展趋势,及时转变招生理念,调整招生举措。文章以新高考改革对地方医科类院校招生提出的新要求为出发点,分别从推动专业建设内涵式发展、提升招生工作专业化程度、促进“高大衔接”有机结合、提高教学管理水平四个方面提出优化路径,以期助力地方医科类院校招生水平的进一步提升。The enrollment work of universities,as a key part of the new college entrance examination reform,is not only a process of talent selection,but also reflects the results of talent selection.As the main battlefield of national medical education,local medical colleges play a crucial role in promoting the development of higher education and the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.They should keep up with the trend of the times,timely change their enrollment concepts,and adjust their enrollment measures.Starting from the new requirements put forward by the new college entrance examination reform for the enrollment of local medical colleges,optimization paths are proposed from four aspects:promoting the connotative development of professional construction,enhancing the professionalization of enrollment work,promoting the organic combination of"high-level connection",and improving teaching management level,in order to help further improve the enrollment level of local medical colleges.
