摘　　要：随着“大思政”格局的提出和实施,高校辅导员的工作内容和要求也在不断扩展。工科类专业学生是高校的重要组成部分,与其他专业学生相比有其特点,对辅导员的学生管理工作提出了更高的要求。文章基于“大思政”格局,结合工科类专业学生特点和思政工作实际,梳理当前辅导员学生管理工作状况,提出一些优化策略,以期为提升工科类专业学生综合素养、创新工科类专业辅导员工作方法提供有益的参考。With the proposal and implementation of the"grand ideological and political education"pattern,the work content and requirements of college counselors are constantly expanding.Students majoring in engineering are an important part of colleges and universities.Compared with students of other majors,they have their own characteristics,which puts forward higher requirements for the student management work of counselors.Based on the"grand ideological and political education"pattern,combined with the characteristics of engineering students and the actual situation of ideological and political work,this article combs the current situation of counselors'student management work and puts forward some optimization strategies,hoping to provide useful reference for improving the comprehensive quality of engineering students and innovating the working methods of counselors for engineering majors.
