摘　　要：目的探讨专科护士规范化管理在外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月贵州医科大学附属医院的20名专科护士为研究对象。2023年1—6月,实施专科护士常规管理为对照组(112例PICC患者),2023年7月—2024年1月,实施专科护士规范化管理为研究组(120例PICC患者)。两组为同一批专科护士。比较两组PICC导管维护质量、管理满意度、非计划拔管率。结果研究组PICC导管维护质量评分、管理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组PICC患者非计划拔管率为5.83%(7/120),低于对照组的19.64%(22/112),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.628,P<0.05)。结论专科护士规范化管理在PICC护理安全管理中有积极作用,可有效提升专科护士PICC导管维护质量,并提高其管理满意度,降低患者的非计划拔管率。Objective To explore the application value of standardized management of specialist nurses in nursing safety management of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,20 specialist nurses in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,the routine management of specialist nurses was implemented as the control group(112 cases of PICC patients).From July 2023 to January 2024,the standardized management of specialist nurses was implemented as the study group(120 cases of PICC patients).The two groups were the same group of specialist nurses.The PICC catheter maintenance quality,management satisfaction and unplanned extubation rate were compared between the two groups.Results The PICC catheter maintenance quality scores and management satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The unplanned ex-tubation rate of PICC patients in the study group was 5.83%(7/120),which was lower than 19.64%(22/112)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.628,P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized man-agement of specialist nurses plays a positive role in PICC nursing safety management,which can effectively improve the quality of PICC catheter maintenance of specialist nurses,improve their management satisfaction,and reduce the unplanned extubation rate of patients.
