摘　　要：目的探讨项目管理改善医院医务人员手卫生依从性的价值。方法选择2023年6月—2024年6月广州中医药大学第一附属医院的130名医务人员为研究对象,2023年6—12月开展常规管理,为项目管理前;2024年1—6月开展项目管理,为项目管理后。比较项目管理前后的手卫生依从性及管理满意度。结果项目管理后,医务人员手卫生总依从性高于项目管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。项目管理后,医务人员对管理的满意度评分为(91.45±2.27)分,高于项目管理前的(80.26±3.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=31.336,P<0.001)。结论实施项目管理可有效提高医院医务人员的手卫生依从性及其对管理的满意度。Objective To explore the value of project management in improving hand hygiene compliance of hospital medical staff.Methods A total of 130 medical staff in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chi-nese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.Routine management was carried out from June to December 2023,which was before project management.From January to June 2024,the project man-agement was carried out,which is after the project management.The hand hygiene compliance and management satis-faction before and after project management were compared.Results After the project management,the total hand hy-giene compliance of medical staff was higher than that before the project management,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After project management,the satisfaction score of medical staff to the management was 91.45±2.27,which was higher than 80.26±3.38 before project management,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=31.336,P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of project management can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance and satisfaction of medical staff in the hospital.
