摘  要:随着国家电网建设对中低压电缆绝缘偏心度的要求越来越高,电缆企业在生产过程中时有出现电缆绝缘偏心度不合格的情况。为探究35kV及以下中压电缆生产过程中绝缘偏心度不合格的原因,对导体、绝缘层及挤塑模具等影响因素进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。对35kV及以下中压电缆的绝缘偏心度进行多次试验验证,结果表明所提出的改进措施可以有效控制电缆绝缘偏心度,使其完全满足国家电网建设的需求。With the increasing requirements for insulation eccentricity of medium and low voltage cables in the construction of State Grid,cable enterprises sometimes have unqualified cable insulation eccentricity in production process.In order to explore the reasons for unqualified insulation eccentricity of 35 kV and below medium-voltage cables in production process,influencing factors such as conductors,insulation layers and extrusion molds were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.Through the verification of insulation eccentricity of 35 kV and below medium-voltage cables,results showed that proposed improvement measures could effectively control cable insulation eccentricity,and fully meet the needs of the State Grid construction.
