新时代党内集中教育塑造政党形象的具体呈现、功能释放与深化路向

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央先后部署开展了多次党内集中教育,并塑造出“先锋”“奋斗”“智者”“公仆”的政党形象,释放出引领公众认知、强化政党认同、增强组织凝聚、促进政策宣传的功能。新征程上,应着力从精进“关键少数”能力、精准定位受众需求、拓宽教育实施渠道、丰富教育内涵体系等方面入手强化党内集中教育塑造政党形象的功能,实现形象塑造新高度、形象认知新层次、形象传播新网络、形象特色新魅力。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has successively deployed several rounds of party-wide centralized education,shaping the political party image of“pioneer”,“striver”,“the wise”,and“servant of the people”,releasing functions that lead public cognition,strengthen political party identity,enhance organizational cohesion,and promote policy dissemination.In the new journey,efforts should be made to strengthen the functional shaping of party image through party-wide centralized education by focusing on improving the capabilities of the“key few”,accurately targeting audience needs,broadening educational implementation channels,and enriching the educational content system,achieving new heights in image shaping,new levels of image cognition,a new network of image dissemination,and new charm of image characteristics.
