摘　　要：人工智能的迅速发展使高校党建的生态系统发生深刻变化,人工智能对高校党建工作具有强大的乘数效应和倍增效应。当前人工智能赋能高校党建在工作理念、人才队伍、技术研发、平台建设等方面存在诸多挑战,需要注重理念先导,深化思想认识;加强人才建设,夯实队伍基础;强化技术嵌入,推进数字基础设施建设;推动机制完善,健全制度保障。The rapid development of artificial intelligence has brought profound changes to the ecosystem of party building in colleges and universities and artificial intelligence has a strong multiplier effect and doubling effect on party building in colleges and universities.At present,there are many challenges in the work concept,talent team,technology research and development,platform construction and other aspects of AI-enabled party building in colleges and universities.There is need to focus on the concept of guidance and deepen our ideological understanding,strengthen talent construction and consolidate the foundation of the team,strengthen technology embedding and promote digital infrastructure construction,promote the improvement of mechanisms and establish robust institutional safeguards.
