摘 要:高职院校教师教学能力提升是教学改革的关键,教师教学能力的高低直接决定了学校的办学水平和人才培养质量。“以赛促教”是新形势下提升教师教育教学能力的一种有效途径。教学能力比赛在促进教师的专业发展和教学实践方面发挥着重要的引领作用,主要在更新教学理念、提升教学能力、深化数字化应用和打造教师团队四个方面提出了新要求与新标准。针对教师面临的课程思政育人能力不足、数字化教学整合能力不足、教师团队协作程度不高等困境与挑战,可从增强课程思政意识,提升育人效果;提升数字技术能力,创新教学手段;发挥雁阵效应,建设高素质教师团队三个方面进行困境破解与能力提升,从而切实提高高职院校教育教学质量。The enhancement of teachers'pedagogical skills is pivotal for educational reform within higher vocational colleges,as the proficiency of teachers directly influences both institutional standards and the quality of talent development.Promoting teaching through competition is an effective way to enhance teachers'instructional and teaching abilities in this evolving context.Teaching ability competition plays a crucial role in fostering professional growth and practical teaching experiences among teachers,while also establishing new expectations across four dimensions:modernizing pedagogical philosophies,advancing instructional skills,deepening digital integration capabilities,and cultivating collaborative faculty teams.In light of challenges faced by teachers,such as insufficient capacity for integrating ideological and political education into curricula,limited digital teaching integration skills,and low levels of teamwork among faculty,this paper advocates for enhancing awareness around curriculum ideologies to improve educational outcomes,strengthening digital technology proficiencies to innovate instructional methodologies,and leveraging cooperative models akin to wild geese formations to build high-quality teaching teams so as to address challenges effectively and enhance overall educational quality.
