能级对应原则在消化科护理人员管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究能级对应原则在消化科护理人员管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月吉林大学白求恩第三医院消化科16名在职护理人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2022年5月—2023年5月)和管理后(2023年6月—2024年6月),管理前进行传统护理管理模式,管理后进行能级对应原则管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员应对方式、职业获益感以及工作沉浸程度。结果管理后医护人员积极应对方式(34.15±3.52)分高于管理前(31.24±3.17)分,消极应对方式(11.08±3.47)分低于管理前(14.07±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.457、2.512,P均<0.05),管理后工作人员职业获益感及工作沉浸程度评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消化科护理应用能级对应原则管理在促进护理人员应用积极应对方式面对工作、提高职业获益感、强化工作沉浸程度方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the application effect of the energy level correspondence principle in the manage-ment of gastroenterology nursing staff.Methods From May 2022 to June 2024,sixteen digestive service nursing staff in The Third Bethune Hospital of Jilin University were selected as the study subjects,according to different time they were divided into before management(May 2022 to May 2023,traditional nursing management mode)and after man-agement(June 2023 to June 2024,energy level corresponding principle management mode).The coping,professional benefits and work immersion were selected before and after management.Results After management,the active re-sponse score was 34.15±3.52,higher than 31.24±3.17 before management,negative response score was 11.08±3.47,lower than 14.07±3.26 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.457,2.512,both P<0.05).The scores of professional benefit sense and job immersion were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The energy level corresponding principle manage-ment in gastroenterology nursing is better in promoting the nursing staff to apply active coping methods to face the work,improve the sense of occupational benefits,and strengthen the degree of work immersion.
