天津市辖区医疗服务能力与资源保障水平综合评价--基于因子分析和聚类分析方法

摘　　要：目的研究天津市各市辖区医疗卫生服务能力与资源保障水平的差异,了解各辖区医疗服务能力提升的制约因素。方法选取2020年天津市16个市辖区医疗服务能力与资源保障水平相关变量指标为研究对象,通过开展因子分析和聚类分析,对研究对象进行综合评价。结果医疗卫生服务能力与资源保障水平较高的市辖区为南开区、河西区、和平区、滨海新区;中等水平的市辖区为红桥区、河东区、河北区、北辰区、津南区;较低水平的市辖区为武清区、西青区、东丽区、静海区、蓟州区、宝坻区、宁河区。结论16个市辖区之间医疗服务能力与资源保障水平存在较大差异,发展不平衡,各市辖区医疗服务能力与资源保障水平与各市辖区的经济发展水平呈现正相关性。Objective To study the differences in medical and health service capabilities and resource security levels in various municipal districts of Tianjin,and to understand the constraints on the improvement of medical service ca-pabilities in various jurisdictions.Methods The relevant variables of medical service capacity and resource guarantee level in 16 municipal districts of Tianjin in 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the research objects were comprehensively evaluated by factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results The municipal districts with higher medi-cal and health service capacity and resource guarantee level are Nankai District,Hexi District,Heping District and Binhai New Area.The medium-level municipal districts are Hongqiao District,Hedong District,Hebei District,Beichen District and Jinnan District;the lower-level municipal districts are Wuqing District,Xiqing District,Dongli District,Jinghai District,Jizhou District,Baodi District,and Ninghe District.Conclusion There are great differences in medical service capacity and resource guarantee level among 16 municipal districts,and the development is unbal-anced.The medical service capacity and resource guarantee level of each municipal district are positively correlated with the economic development level of each municipal district.
