摘 要:目的评估全程风险质量控制管理模式在康复护理科护理人员管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年8月在淄博市市级机关医院工作的7名护理人员作为研究对象,按管理模式不同分为两组,2022年1月—2023年11月接受常规管理,设为常规组,2023年12月—2024年8月在常规组基础上实施全程风险质量控制管理,设为探究组。比较两组护士职业价值观评分、职业压力及职业倦怠感。结果探究组护士职业价值观评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组职业压力评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组职业倦怠感中情感耗竭为(1.43±0.17)分、去人格化为(1.58±0.31)分,低于常规组的(3.09±0.18)分、(3.14±0.20)分;个人成就感为(5.25±0.21)分,高于常规组的(3.19±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.739、11.188、16.308,P均<0.05)。结论全程风险质量控制管理模式在康复护理科护理人员中的应用,不仅能够提升护理人员的职业价值观,还能有效降低其职业压力和倦怠感。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the whole-process risk quality control management model in the management of nursing staff in the rehabilitation nursing department.Methods From January 2022 to August 2024,seven nursing staff working in the Zibo Municipal Government Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into two groups.From January 2022 to November 2023,the routine management was set as the routine group,and from December 2023 to August 2024,the whole-process risk quality control management based on the routine group was set as the inquiry group.The scores of occupa-tional values,occupational stress and job burnout were compared between the two groups.Results The score of nurses'professional values in the inquiry group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The occupational stress score of the inquiry group were lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The emotional exhaustion score of job burnout in the inquiry group was 1.43±0.17,and the depersonalization score was 1.58±0.31,which was lower than 3.09±0.18 and 3.14±0.20 in the routine group,the personal accomplishment score was 5.25±0.21,which was higher than 3.19±0.26 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.739,11.188,16.308,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole-process risk quality control management model in the nursing staff of the rehabilitation nursing department can not only improve the professional values of the nursing staff,but also effectively reduce their occupational stress and burnout.
