摘　　要：目的分析层级管理对门诊输液室护理人员护理质量的影响。方法选取青岛市市北区水清沟街道社区卫生服务中心输液室的15名护理人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月实施常规管理模式,设为对照组,2022年1—12月实施层级管理模式,设为观察组。对比两组不良事件发生情况、护理质量及工作情况评分。结果观察组出现11起不良事件,少于对照组的48起。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作情况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床上门诊输液室的护理工作中使用层级管理模式,可减少不良事件的发生,提高护理人员护理质量。Objective To analyze the impact of cascade management on the quality of care provided by nursing staff in an outpatient infusion room.Methods Fifteen nurses in the infusion room of Qingdao Shibei District Shuiqinggou Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects,and the routine management mode was implemented from January to December 2021,which was set as the control group,and the hierarchical management mode was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the observation group.The occurrence of ad-verse events,quality of care and work situation scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were 11 cases of adverse events in the observation group,less than the 48 cases in the control group.The quality of care scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work situation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of a hierarchical management model in the care of clinically based outpatient infusion rooms reduces the incidence of adverse events and improves the quality of care provided by nursing staff.
