常规管理方法与短板理论下护理管理在外科护理管理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨常规管理方法与短板理论下护理管理在外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月烟台市烟台山医院的20名外科护理人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月采用常规管理方法完成护理管理干预为参照组,2023年7—12月采用短板理论下护理管理方法完成护理管理干预为研究组。对比两组护理软技能测评量表评分、护理安全质量评分。结果研究组外科护理人员各项护理软技能测评量表评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理安全质量评分中,研究组技术操作评分为(95.52±3.15)分、基础护理评分为(95.44±2.25)分、护理安全评分为(95.11±1.25)分,均高于参照组的(88.25±2.25)分、(87.25±3.25)分、(88.66±2.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.398、9.265、11.206,P均<0.05)。结论医院在开展外科护理管理工作期间,同常规管理方法比较,短板理论下护理管理方式,在提升护理人员的软技能方面效果明显,且获得较高的护理安全质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing management in surgical nursing management under conventional management method and short board theory.Methods Twenty surgical nurses working in Yantaishan Hospital of Yantai from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.From January to June 2023,conventional management methods were used to complete nursing management intervention as the reference group;from July to December 2023,nursing management methods under the short-board theory were used to complete nurs-ing management intervention as the study group.The nursing soft skills assessment scale score and nursing safety quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing soft skills assessment scale of sur-gical nurses in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).In the nursing safety quality scores,the technical operation scores of the study group was 95.52±3.15,the score of primary was 95.44±2.25 and score of nursing safety was 95.11±1.25,were higher than 88.25±2.25,87.25±3.25 and 88.66±2.25 of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.398,9.265,11.206,all P<0.05).Conclusion During the operation of surgical nursing management in hospitals,compared with the conventional management methods,the rational application of nursing management mode under the shortboard theory has obvious effect in improving the soft skills of nursing staff,and obtains higher nursing safety quality.
