分散式规范化护理管理在妇科日间手术病房中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科日间手术病房管理中应用分散式规范化护理管理的价值。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月在滨州医学院附属医院妇科日间手术病房的30名护理人员为研究对象。2023年7—12月实施常规管理为对照组,2024年1—6月实施分散式规范化护理管理为观察组。对比两组护理质量、护理风险事件发生情况、自我效能感。结果观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组仅出现1起护理风险事件(跌倒),对照组出现6起护理风险事件,其中跌倒3起、坠床2起、用药错误1起。观察组护理人员自我效能(91.52±2.26)分、集体研究效能(87.82±3.22)分、临床护理自我效能(92.74±1.24)分,均高于对照组的(86.24±2.71)分、(78.24±3.12)分、(83.21±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.196、11.703、30.741,P均<0.05)。结论妇科日间手术病房管理中应用分散式规范化护理管理可提高护理人员自我效能感及护理质量,降低护理风险事件发生风险。Objective To explore the value of standardized decentralized nursing management in the management of gynecological day surgery ward.Methods Thirty nurses working in the day surgery ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.The control group was sub-jected to routine management from July to December 2023,and the observation group was subjected to decentralized standardized nursing management from January to June 2024.Nursing quality,occurrence of nursing risk events and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were only 1 nursing risk event(fall)in the observation group and 6 nursing risk events in the control group,including 3 falling,2 falling out of bed and 1 medication error.The scores of self-efficacy,collective research efficacy and clinical nursing self-efficacy in the observation group were 91.52±2.26,87.82±3.22 and 92.74±1.24,which were higher than 86.24±2.71,78.24±3.12 and 83.21±1.16 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.196,11.703,30.741,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of decentralized standardized nursing management in the manage-ment of gynecological day surgery ward can improve the self-efficacy and nursing quality of nursing staff,and reduce the risk of nursing risk events.
