摘 要:目的探究以人为本管理在外科护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月吉林省第一荣复军人医院外科10名在职护理人员为研究对象,根据管理模式不同记为管理前(2021年5月—2022年5月,实施传统管理模式),管理后(2022年6月—2023年6月,实施以人为本模式),对比管理前后人文关怀能力、护理软技能、职业生命质量。结果管理后护理人员人文关怀能力中,共情评分为(17.55±1.34)分、个性评分为(17.56±1.27)分、尊重评分为(17.92±1.27)分、舒适评分为(12.64±1.42)分,均高于管理前的(12.23±1.25)分、(13.34±1.25)分、(13.84±1.34)分、(10.05±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.180、7.489、6.988、4.329,P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员护理软技能、职业生命质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论外科护理应用以人为本管理模式,在改善护理人员人文关怀能力、护理软技能、强化护理人员职业生命质量方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the effectiveness of people-oriented management in surgical nursing staff.Methods From May 2021 to June 2023,ten surgical nursing staff in Jilin Province First RongFu Military Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different management mode,they were divided into before management(May 2021 to May 2022,implementation of traditional management mode)and after management(June 2022 to June 2023,implementation of people-oriented mode).The humanistic care ability,nursing soft skills,professional life quality be-fore and after management were compared.Results In the humanistic care ability of nursing staff after management,the empathy score was 17.55±1.34,the personality score was 17.56±1.27,the respect score was 17.92±1.27,and the comfort score was 12.64±1.42,which were higher than those before management 12.23±1.25,13.34±1.25,13.84±1.34,10.05±1.25,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.180,7.489,6.988,4.329,all P<0.05).After management,nursing staff nursing soft skills and occupational quality of life were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The people-oriented management mode in surgi-cal nursing is better in improving the humanistic care ability,soft nursing skills and strengthening the professional quality of life of nursing staff.
