摘　　要：目的探究基于结构-过程-结果(structure-process-outcome,SPO)模型的管理模式联合ABC分类绩效管理法在医院感染管理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月银川市兴庆区中山南街社区卫生服务中心的30名医护人员为研究对象,2022年5月—2023年5月实施常规医院感染管理,设为对照组,2023年6月—2024年6月实施基于SPO模型的管理模式联合ABC分类绩效管理法,设为观察组。对比两组的感染知识掌握度、管理满意度。结果观察组医护人员手卫生、无菌物品检查、安全防护、医疗废物分类、环境卫生监测、职业暴露评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论基于SPO模型的管理模式联合ABC分类绩效管理法能够提高医护人员感染知识掌握度,提升其对管理模式的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of structure-process-outcome(SPO)based management model and ABC classification performance management in hospital infection management.Methods Thirty medical workers from Zhongshan South Street Community Health Service Center,Xingqing District,Yinchuan City from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Routine hospital infection management was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023,and they were set as the control group.From June 2023 to June 2024,the management mode based on SPO model and ABC classification performance management method was implemented,and they were set as the ob-servation group.The infection knowledge mastery and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The scores of hand hygiene,sterile items inspection,safety protection,medical waste classification,environmen-tal hygiene monitoring and occupational exposure of medical staff in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Management satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on SPO model combined with ABC classification performance management can improve the mastery of infection knowledge of health care workers and enhance their satisfaction with the management mode.
