环境卫生管理在医院卫生管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析环境卫生管理在医院卫生管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于安庆市第六人民医院工作的23名卫生管理人员作为研究对象,根据管理模式实施的时间不同进行分组,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组。2023年1—12月实施环境卫生管理,设为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组卫生管理人员工作质量、工作考核结果、卫生管理项目评分。结果研究组卫生管理人员工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组卫生管理人员工作考核中总年度评分为(93.52±1.24)分,高于常规组的(89.25±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.127,P<0.05)。研究组卫生管理项目评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院卫生管理中,环境卫生管理能够提高工作质量评分,增强工作人员专业性和综合能力,确保医院卫生管理工作有效开展,具有较高卫生管理借鉴价值。Objective To analyze the effect of environmental health management in hospital health management.Methods Twenty-three health managers who worked in The Sixth People's Hospital of Anqing from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and divided into groups according to the implementation time of the management mode.Routine management was implemented from January to December 2022 and set as the routine group.From January to December 2023,environmental health management will be implemented,set as the research group,and both groups are the same group of staff.Compare the work quality,work assessment results,and health management project scores of the two groups of health management managers.Results The work quality score of health managers in the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the work assessment of the health managers of the research group,the total annual score of the research group was 93.52±1.24,which was higher than 89.25±1.36 of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.127,P<0.05).The health management project score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital health management,environmental health management can improve the score of work quality,enhance the profes-sional and comprehensive ability of staff,ensure the effective development of hospital health management,and has a CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY high reference value of health management.
