摘 要:本文对静脉药物调配中心的批次决策、停退药医嘱、标签打印和贴签、排药配药、成品核对、分拣打包、管理模式和人力资源配置等流程进行再造,比较流程再造对各环节质量及效率的影响,探索适合本院静配中心的工作流程及管理模式,促进医院静配中心的持续发展。This paper re-engineers the processes of batch decision-making,stopping and withdrawing medical or-ders,label printing and affixing,scheduling and dispensing,finished product verification,sorting and packing,as well as the management mode and human resource allocation in the static dispensing center,compares the impact of pro-cess re-engineering on the quality and efficiency of each link,and explores the workflow and management mode that is suitable for the static dispensing center of this hospital to facilitate the continuous development of the static dispens-ing center in the hospital.
