摘　　要：本文探讨了药物安全性在医院管理中的重要性,并详细阐述了临床药师在这一过程中的关键作用。临床药师通过用药教育、审核用药医嘱、药物监测和药物治疗管理等具体实践,有效提高了药物使用的安全性和有效性。本文总结现有研究和实践经验,为进一步优化药物安全管理提供参考,旨在推动医院药物管理水平的不断提升。this paper discusses the importance of drug safety in hospital management,and elaborates the key role of clinical pharmacists in this process.Clinical pharmacists have effectively improved the safety and effectiveness of drug use through drug education,review of drug orders,drug monitoring and drug therapy management.This paper summarizes existing research and practical experience to provide reference for further optimizing drug safety manage-ment,aiming at promoting the continuous improvement of drug management level in hospitals.
