摘　　要：为提升中医医院后勤管理水平,确保医院运行安全稳定,本文研究了现代中医医院后勤保障中的安全管理措施。通过文献综述和案例分析,分析现代中医医院后勤管理的重要性,探讨现代中医医院后勤保障中安全管理存在的问题,并在此基础上结合医院实际情况研究现代中医医院后勤保障中的安全管理措施,如管理医疗废物及危险化学品、医疗设备等。经过实际实施这些安全管理方法后发现,通过加强内外部沟通与合作、做好各项管理工作、制定紧急突发事件的应急预案等,使中医医院后勤管理效率明显得到提升,环境管理、设备设施管理、应急预案与医疗废物管理以及各部门的信息沟通合作等方面均得到改善。院内工作人员的安全意识得到加强,有效降低医院运行的安全风险,让整个工作环境更加安全舒适。In order to improve the logistics management level of TCM hospital and ensure the safe and stable opera⁃tion of the hospital,this paper studies the safety management measures in the logistics support of modern TCM hospi⁃tal.Through literature review and case analysis,this paper analyzes the importance of logistics management in modern Chinese medicine hospitals,and then discusses the problems existing in safety management in logistics support of modern Chinese medicine hospitals.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of hospitals,this paper studies the safety management measures in logistics support of modern Chinese medicine hospitals,such as the management of medical waste,hazardous chemicals and medical equipment.After the actual implementation of these safety man⁃agement methods,it is found that through strengthening internal and external communication and cooperation,doing a good job in various management work,and formulating the continggency plans of emergency incidents,the logistics management efficiency of TCM hospitals has been significantly improved,and environmental management,equipment and facility management,emergency plan and medical waste management,as well as information communication and cooperation among various departments have been improved.The safety awareness of hospital staff has been strength⁃ened,effectively reducing the safety risk of hospital operation,and making the whole working environment safer and more comfortable.
