摘 要:本文通过试验研究了矿粉、粉煤灰和硅灰三种矿物掺合料对高强泵送混凝土性能的影响,研究结果表明:掺合料种类和掺量都会对高强泵送混凝土的流变特性和泵送性能产生影响。矿粉的掺入会提高高强泵送混凝土的坍落度和扩展度,降低新拌混凝土的黏度和屈服剪切应力,改善高强泵送混凝土的流动性。掺入20%的粉煤灰或掺入5%的硅灰能有效改善混凝土的流动性,而当粉煤灰和硅灰掺量较高时,会对高强泵送混凝土的流动性产生不利影响。矿粉和掺入5%硅灰能提高高强混凝土的泵送效率,掺入粉煤灰和硅灰掺量超过10%,则会降低高强混凝土的泵送效率。此外,高强混凝土的泵送性能对硅灰很敏感,可以通过调节硅灰掺量,调节高强混凝土的泵送性能。This article investigates the effects of three mineral admixtures,namely mineral powder,fly ash,and silica fume,on the performance of high-strength pumped concrete through experiments.The research results show that the type and dosage of admixtures will have an impact on the rheological properties and pumping performance of high-strength pumped concrete.The addition of mineral powder will increase the slump and expansion of high-strength pumped concrete,reduce the viscosity and yield shear stress of fresh concrete,and improve the fluidity of high-strength pumped concrete.The addition of 20% fly ash or 5% silica fume can effectively improve the fluidity of concrete,but when the content of fly ash and silica fume is high,it will have adverse effects on the fluidity of highstrength pumped concrete.The addition of mineral powder and 5% silica fume can improve the pumping efficiency of high-strength concrete.If the addition of fly ash and silica fume exceeds 10%,it will reduce the pumping efficiency of high-strength concrete.In addition,the pumping performance of high-strength concrete is sensitive to silica fume,and the pumping performance of high-strength concrete can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of silica fume added.
