摘 要:深水海域固井面临着海底温度低,固井水泥面临强度增长严重减缓问题。本文主要从不同品种水泥复配、早强剂、超细水泥、比表面积及其球磨方式等多个方面研究提升水泥在低温6℃下的早期强度。结果表明:复配硅灰对于提高水泥低温早强无明显效果,采用硫铝酸盐水泥、硫铝酸钙(CSA)和碳酸锂等早强促进剂与比表面积为500 kg/m^(2)的硅酸盐水泥进行合理复配,一定程度上可提高水泥低温24h抗压强度,但掺量或添加材料价格较高,而使用自制早强剂,其外掺掺量在2‰~3‰时低温早强可达到同样提强效果。引入超细水泥或将水泥粉磨至不同比表面积的水泥来提高其低温强度,关键取决于整个体系中水泥3μm以下粒径细颗粒比例,其占比达到20%以上时,水泥低温6℃下24h抗压强度可达到9MPa。在粉磨研磨体使用上,相比钢锻,全部采用钢球更容易获得小于3μm粒径的细颗粒,但同时颗粒易团聚,导致45μm筛余会高很多。Cementing in deep water areas is facing the problem of low seabed temperature and a serious slowdown in the growth of cement strength during cementing.This apaper mainly studied the improvement of early strength of cement at low temperature of 6℃from multiple aspects such as different types of cement mixtures,early strength agents,ultrafine cement,specific surface area,and ball milling methods.The results show that the compound silica fume has no effect on improving the early strength of cement at low temperature.The reasonable combination of early strength accelerators such as sulphoalu minate cement,calcium sulphoalu minate(CSA)and lithium carbonate with Portland cement of a specific surface area of 500 kg/m^(2) can improve the compressive strength of cement at low temperature for 24 h to some extent,but the amount of addition or the price of added materials is high.The self-made early strength agent is used,the low-temperature early strength can achieve the same strengthening effect when the external dosage is between 2‰ and 3‰.Adding ultra-fine cement or grinding cement to cement with different specific surface areas to improve its low-temperature strength depends on the cement fine particles content in the entire system.When the proportion of fine particles with the particle size below 3μm reaches over 20%,the compressive strength of cement can reach 9 MPa at a low temperature of 6℃ for 24 h.Compared to steel forging,it is easier to obtain the particle of the size below 3μm using steel balls for grinding,but at the same time,the particles are prone to agglomeration,resulting in the 45μm residue on the sieve will be much higher.
