摘 要:本文以某南方水泥5000t/d熟料生产线为例,通过构建水泥预分解系统工艺模型,计算分析了替代燃料的使用量、水分含量及种类对水泥预分解系统工艺的影响。结果显示:随着芦苇作为替代燃料的使用量增加,预分解系统的阻力损失和热耗呈现上升趋势;同时,替代燃料含水量的提升不仅直接增加替代燃料使用量,还加剧了系统阻力与热耗的问题。在比较不同替代燃料的性能影响时,发现废轮胎衍生燃料(TDF)与废纺织品(废纺)作为替代能源的优选,它们在应用过程中对预分解系统的干扰较小;相反,垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的大规模使用会对预分解系统工艺构成显著影响,需要对预分解系统进行必要的适应性改造以维持高效运行。This article takes a South China cement 50000 t/d clinker production line as an example,and constructs a cement pre decomposition system process model to calculate and analyze the effects of the use of alternative fuels,moisture content,and types on the cement pre decomposition system process.The results showed that as the use of reed as an alternative fuel increased,the resistance loss and heat consumption of the pre decomposition system showed an upward trend;At the same time,the increase in water content of alternative fuels not only directly increases the usage of alternative fuels,but also exacerbates the problems of system resistance and heat consumption.When comparing the performance effects of different alternative fuels,it was found that waste tire derived fuel(TDF)and waste textiles(waste spinning)are the preferred alternative energy sources,and they have less interference with the pre decomposition system during application;On the contrary,the large-scale use of garbage derived fuel(RDF)has a significant impact on the pre decomposition system process,requiring necessary adaptive modifications to the pre decomposition system to maintain efficient operation.
