摘 要:黄磷渣作为工业废渣,在经历高温煅烧和水淬急冷处理后,展现出其潜在的再利用价值。为了最大限度地发挥黄磷渣的效益,本文通过深入的生产实践探索了其在生料配料中的最佳掺入比例。通过不断调整黄磷渣的掺入量,发现黄磷渣的掺入对熟料生产有显著影响,在最佳掺量下,黄磷渣配料能够降低熟料烧成的热耗,提高熟料的质量,为黄磷渣的再利用提供了新的途径,同时也为水泥生产行业的可持续发展提供了有益的探索。As an industrial waste residue,yellow phosphorus slag exhibits its potential reuse value after undergoing high-temperature calcination and water quenching.To maximize the benefits of yellow phosphorus slag,this paper explores through in-depth production practice the optimal incorporation ratio in raw meal blending.Through continuous adjustment of the incorporation amount of yellow phosphorus slag,it has been found that the incorporation of yellow phosphorus slag has a significant impact on the production of clinker,At the optimal incorporation ratio,the blending of yellow phosphorus slag can reduce the energy consumption of clinker firing,improve the quality of clinker,providing a new approach for the reuse of yellow phosphorus slag and also offering beneficial exploration for the sustainable development of the cement production industry.
