摘 要:针对安徽某水泥厂面临的能耗高、阻力高、效率低等问题,提出了烧成系统节能降碳解决方案,其中篦冷机的改造是关键的一环。原三代篦冷机固有的结构特点,导致生产中出现漏料与磨损等问题,最终体现在二、三次风温偏低,设备维修维护工作量大,故障率高。更换四代篦冷机能有效提高二、三次风温和热回收效率,降低篦冷机出口熟料温度,实现节能降碳和经济效益的双丰收。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,high resistance,and low efficiency faced by a cement plant in Anhui,an energy-saving and carbon reducing solution for the firing system has been proposed,in which the transformation of the grate cooler is a key link.The inherent structural characteristics of the original third-generation grate cooler have led to problems such as material leakage and wear during production,ultimately manifested in low secondary and tertiary air temperatures,heavy equipment maintenance workload,and high failure rates.Replacing the fourth generation grate cooler can effectively improve the secondary and tertiary air temperature and heat recovery efficiency,reduce the outlet clinker temperature of the grate cooler,and achieve a dual harvest of energy conservation,carbon reduction,and economic benefits.
