摘 要:目前国内外水泥厂的污水处理单元以A/O工艺为主,其工艺流程相对简单、投资较小,总氮去除率虽控制在70%以上,却较难提高脱氮效率。A^(2)/O工艺相对能耗较低、占地小、适应性强、减少了污泥产量,可通过厌氧阶段的内循环实现高效除磷,减少化学药剂的使用。本文结合目前国内外较成熟的市政污水处理工艺,针对A^(2)/O水处理工艺是否适用于沙特地区的水泥生产线展开探讨。At present,the sewage treatment unit of cement plants at home and abroad is mainly based on A/O process,which is relatively simple and has a small investment,and although the total nitrogen removal rate is controlled at more than 70%,it is difficult to improve the nitrogen removal efficiency.The A^(2)/O process has relatively low energy consumption,small footprint,strong adaptability,and reduced sludge production,and can achieve efficient phosphorus removal through the internal circulation of the anaerobic stage,reducing the use of chemicals.In this paper,combined with the mature municipal sewage treatment process at home and abroad,the discussion is carried out on whether the A^(2)/O water treatment process is suitable for cement production lines in Saudi Arabia.
