摘　　要：某水泥厂水泵房进水泵距离储水池较远,需要人工测量液位高度,手动控制进水泵启停,费时费力。为此设计了一种基于S7-200SMART和物联网模块的无人值守方案,实现了进水泵的远程自动控制,节省人力,提高了生产效率。The water pump room of a cement plant is far away from the water storage tank,requiring manual measurement of the liquid level height and control of the start and stop of the water pump,which is time-consuming and laborious.A unmanned solution based on S7-200 SMART and IoT module was designed to achieve remote automatic control of the inlet pump,saving manpower and improving production efficiency.
