摘　　要：水泥熟料生产过程中,窑尾烟囱及袋式收尘器受化学、电化学侵蚀和SNCR脱硝系统等因素影响而产生腐蚀进而造成设备损坏,影响正常生产,同时对环境造成危害,传统的防腐产品如防腐油漆、石墨烯涂层、玻璃鳞片等有机化学代表的产品,在窑尾烟囱设备上应用,其结构牢固性措施效果都有各自优缺点。以无机物为代表的VALOR轻质玻璃陶瓷防腐涂料是一种无机非金属复合材料和物理结构网为特点的新型更具有牢固性的防腐材料,因其兼具传统防腐材料的优点,又避免了其他防腐材料的缺点,在防腐应用中有效地提高了设备运转效率,降低了维修成本,满足了环保要求。During the production of cement clinker,due to the effect of chemical and electrochemical erosion and SNCR system,kiln end chimney and bag dust collector suffer from corrosion and then get damaged,which affects normal production,and causes harm to the environment.Traditional anti-corrosion products such as anti-corrosion paint,graphene coating,glass flake and other organic chemical products,applied in the kiln end chimney equipment have advantages and disadvantages respectively on the aspects of the structural firmness and application effect.VALOR lightweight glass ceramic representing the inorganic anticorrosive coating.It is a kind of new stronger anti-corrosion material featuring inorganic nonmetallic composite materials and physical structure network.Because it not only combines advantages of traditional anti-corrosion materials,but also avoids the disadvantages of other anti-corrosion materials,in the anti-corrosion application it effectively improves the efficiency of equipment operation,reduces the maintenance cost and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
