摘  要:本文以有压热焖钢渣、水泥熟料为研究对象,重点探讨钢渣微粉比表面积、掺量对有压热焖钢渣-水泥熟料复合胶凝材料性能的影响。利用XRD和SEM对水化产物和微观形貌进行分析。研究表明,有压热焖钢渣-水泥熟料复合胶凝材料28d活性指数随着比表面积的增大而逐渐提高,但随着钢渣掺量的增加,复合胶凝材料的流动度、活性指数逐渐减小。复合胶凝材料的水化产物以Ca(OH)_(2)、C-S-H凝胶、AFt晶体以及未水化的C_(2)S为主,微观形貌以絮状、纤维状的C-S-H凝胶为主。This article focuses on the study of pressure heat stewed steel slag and cement clinker,and explores the influence of the specific surface area and dosage of steel slag micro powder on the properties of pressure heat stewed steel slag cement clinker composite cementitious materials.The hydration products and micromorphology were analyzed by XRD and SEM.Research has shown that the 28 d activity index of the composite cementitious material made of pressure heated steel slag and cement clinker gradually increases with the increase of specific surface area.However,with the increase of steel slag content,the flowability and activity index of the composite cementitious material gradually decrease.The hydration products of composite cementitious materials are mainly Ca(OH)_(2),C-SH gel,AFt crystal and C_(2)S without hydration,and the microscopic morphology is mainly flocculent and fibrous C-S-H gel.
