摘 要:某LNG项目护岸工程需在现状斜坡式护岸上进行加固。护岸直接掩护储罐区,为满足建设和使用要求,按双百标准设计。在常规护岸、防波堤工程中,双层扭王字块护面应用较少,仅应用于受损修复的特殊项目中。在保证护岸安全前提下,为节省造价和缩短工期,本工程采用双层扭王字块护面方案,直接在原扭王字块的基础上加铺新扭王字块,避免了原扭王字块及垫层的拆除和新扭王字块垫层的施工。通过计算分析初步确定扭王字块规格,再采用波浪物理模型试验对扭王字块、护底块石的稳定性进行试验研究,验证了方案的安全性和可行性。In this LNG project,the revetment needs to be reinforced on the existing sloping revetment.The revetment directlycovers the storage tank area and is designed according to the double hundred standard to meet the requirements of constructionand use.In conventional revetment and breakwater engineering,the application of double layer armor of Accropode wasrelatively rare and only used in special projects for damaged repair.On the premise of ensuring the revetment safety,in order tosave costs and shorten the construction period,this project adopts a scheme with double layer armor of Accropode,whichdirectly adds new layer of Accropode on top of the existing accropodes,avoiding the demolition of the existing Accropode andthe construction of the cushion stone for the new Accropode.Through calculation and analysis,the specifications of theAccropode were preliminarily determined.Then,wave physics model experiments were conducted to study the stability ofAccropode and bottom protection stones,verifying the security and feasibility of the scheme.
