摘 要:固废基固化剂的耐久性一直是行业关注的重点内容。文章对比研究了标养和酸溶液侵蚀2种环境下固废基固化剂和水泥2种固化材料固化淤泥质土和粉质黏土2种固化土的力学性能及演变规律,并分析了微观形貌变化和孔径分布规律。结果表明酸溶液侵蚀环境下固废基固化剂强度在90 d龄期时达到最大,固化剂固化淤泥质土和粉质黏土的试块强度分别为2.5 MPa和2.9 MPa,继续被酸溶液侵蚀,固化剂固化土强度随之降低;酸溶液侵蚀1 a后固化剂固化淤泥质土和粉质黏土强度分别降低17%和11%;固化剂固化土水化产物主要为水化硅酸钙和钙矾石,酸溶液侵蚀导致土颗粒的剥落及结构被破坏,固化土内部孔隙增大增多,固化剂固化淤泥质土和粉质黏土的最可几孔径分别增大至42 nm和35 nm。水化产物的减少和孔隙的增多是固废基固化剂固化土在酸溶液侵蚀下强度衰减的原因。粉质黏土固化土被酸溶液破坏程度相较淤泥质土固化土程度更低。The durability of solid waste based curing agent has always been the focus of the industry.In this paper,themechanical properties and evolution of silty soil and silty clay solidified by solid waste base curing agent and cement under theconditions of standard curing and acid solution erosion were studied.The changes of micromorphology and pore size distributionwere also analyzed.The results show that the strength of solid waste curing agent and cement solidified soil reached themaximum at 90 days of age.The strength of the test blocks of silt soil and silty clay samples were 2.5 MPa and 2.9 MParespectively,and the strength of solidified soil decreased with the continuous erosion by the acid solution.The strength of siltysoil and silty clay solidified by curing agent decreased by 17%and 11%respectively after one year of acid solution erosion.The hydration products of the solidified soil by the curing agent are mainly hydrated calcium silicate and ettringite.The erosionof the acid solution leads to the spalling of soil particles and the destruction of the structure.The internal pores of the solidifiedsoil increase and the most probable aperture of the two kinds of curing agent solidified soil increases to 42 nm and 35 nmrespectively.The decrease of hydration products and the increase of pores are the reasons why the strength of the soil solidifiedby solid waste base curing agent decreases under the attack of acid solution.Silty clay solidified soil is less damaged by acidsolution than solidified mucky soil.
