摘 要:通过波纹管法研究了减缩剂和膨胀剂对高性能混凝土砂浆自收缩性能的影响,用密封混凝土棱柱法检验了双掺减缩剂和膨胀剂的减缩效果。结果表明:减缩剂在混凝土中的掺量为3 L/m^(3)和6 L/m^(3)时,混凝土砂浆的28d自收缩应变分别减小9%和22%;膨胀剂在混凝土中的掺量为10 kg/m^(3)和20 kg/m^(3)时,可以补偿28d自收缩应变的17%和47%。同时掺加减缩剂和膨胀剂,掺量分别为6 L/m^(3)和20 kg/m^(3),高性能混凝土的28 d自收缩应变减小76%。通过双掺减缩剂和膨胀剂将高性能混凝土的自收缩应变控制到了较低水平,28 d不超过100×10^(-6),减小了早期收缩开裂的风险。最后,探讨了减缩剂和膨胀剂控制混凝土自收缩的作用机理。Influence of shrinkage reducing admixture and expansion agent on autogenous shrinkage of high performanceconcrete mortar was investigated through corrugated tube method.The effect of double-doped shrinkage reducing admixtureand expansion agent was ascertained through sealed concrete prism method.Test results show that the 28 days autogenousstrain of concrete mortar decreases by 9%and 22%when the dosage of shrinkage reducing admixture is 3L/m^(3) and6L/m^(3) inthe concrete.The expansion agent compensated the 28 days autogenous shrinkage strain of concrete mortar by 17%and 47%when its dosage is 10 kg/m^(3) and 20 kg/m^(3) in the concrete.Incorporation of both shrinkage reducing admixture and expansionagent at dosages of 6 L/m^(3) and 20 kg/m^(3),the 28 days autogenous shrinkage strain of high performance concrete is decreased by76%.The autogenous shrinkage stain of high performance concrete is controlled to a lower level by adding double-dopedshrinkage reducing admixture and expansion agent,which does not exceed 100×10^(-6) for 28 days,and the risk in early crackingis reduced.Finally,the mechanism of shrinkage reducing admixture and expansion agent to control autogenous shrinkage ofconcrete is explicated.
