摘 要:为解决轨道式起重机在传统转运方式过程中的难点,研究自行式模块运输车及作为连接SPMT和轨道式起重机核心部件的托梁在转运作业中的应用有着非常重要的意义。以某国外轨道式起重机转运项目为工程实例,分析SPMT技术在轨道式起重机转运作业中的应用,对SPMT的布局进行分析确定,托梁结构设计完成后利用有限元方法进行校核并根据计算结果对托梁进行优化,最终设计出满足强度要求及使用要求的托梁,可为今后SPMT及托梁在轨道式起重机转运中的应用提供借鉴。It is of great significance to study the application of self-propelled modular transport vehicles and support beams asthe core components connecting SPMT and rail cranes in transportation operations in order to solve the pain points anddifficulties of traditional transportation methods for rail RMGs.Taking a foreign rail type crane transportation project as anengineering example,the application of SPMT technology in rail crane transportation operations was analyzed,and the layout ofSPMT was determined through analysis.After the completion of the support beam structure design,the finite element methodwas used to check and optimize the support beam based on the calculation results.Finally,a support beam that meets thestrength and usage requirements was designed,which can provide reference for the future application of SPMT and supportbeams in rail crane transportation.
