摘　　要：为了改变当前集体土地所有权数据库更新效率低的现状,本文结合实际生产需要,基于ArcGIS10.2平台设计实现了一套内外业一体化的集体土地所有权更新系统。该系统可以实现外业的无纸化智能化调绘、原始资料的高效利用、数据库的质检、汇交成果包的批量输出及成果数据运维管理分析等功能。满足了当前数据库更新工作的需求,提高了数据库各生产环节的效率,且保障了数据成果的质量。In order to improve the current low efficiency of updating the collective land ownership database,this article designs and implements a collective land ownership updating system integrating indoor and outdoor operations based on the ArcGIS 10.2 platform,taking into account actual production needs.This system can achieve paperless and intelligent outdoor mapping,efficient utilization of original data,quality inspection of database,batch output of submitted result packages,operation and maintenance management analysis of result data,and other functions.It meets the current needs of database updating work,improves the efficiency of various production processes in the database,and ensures the quality of data results.
