摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和居民生活水平的提高,物业管理服务逐渐由“物的管理”向“人的服务”转变,智慧物业管理服务思想应运而生。在各类解决方案中,二三维GIS技术在拓展全空间数据模型及分析计算能力上表现出明显优势,对物业管理服务提升起到了有效辅助作用。本文通过对智慧物业需求分析,理清发展的痛点和难点,搭建基于二三维GIS的智慧物业管理服务可视化平台,进一步提高物业管理服务智慧化水平。With the development of social economy and the improvement of residents’living standards,property management services are gradually changing from“management of things”to“service of people”,and the idea of intelligent property management services has emerged.Among all kinds of solutions,2D and 3D GIS technology shows obvious advantages in expanding the full space data model and analysis and calculation capabilities,and plays an effective auxiliary role in improving property management services.Through the analysis of the demand for smart property,this paper clarifies the pain points and difficulties of development,builds a visualization platform for smart property management services based on 2D and 3D GIS,and further improves the intelligent level of property management services.
