摘　　要：为解决江西省某市自然资源服务能力、监管能力、决策支持能力不足等问题,提出利用GIS、微服务等先进技术,搭建自然资源服务和监管云平台的建设方案。本文研究和设计了平台总体架构,详细阐述了平台建设内容及实现的关键技术,实现了市—区(县)—所三级自然资源数据管理、服务管理、共享交换、实时监管、决策支持等功能,提高了自然资源服务和监管能力。In order to solve the problems of insufficient service ability,supervision ability,and decision-making support ability of natural resources in a city of Jiangxi province,a construction scheme of natural resource service and supervision cloud platform was proposed by using GIS,micro-service and other advanced technologies.In this paper,the overall framework of the platform is studied and designed,the contents of the platform construction and the key technologies for its implementation are elaborated,and the functions of data management,service management,sharing and exchange,real-time supervision,decision-making support and other functions at the three levels of municipality,district(county)and institute of natural resources are realized,so as to improve the service and supervision capabilities of natural resources.
