国土三调与地理国情监测成果数据在省级基础测绘中的应用

摘　　要：第三次全国国土调查(简称“国土三调”)与地理国情监测对于我国自然资源调查具有重要作用,本文通过对国土三调与地理国情监测成果数据与省级1∶10000地形图成果数据分类差异、对照关系与转换模式等方面进行了深入研究,探讨基于国土三调与地理国情监测成果数据的省级1∶10000地形图测绘更新方法,提供了一整套改善省级1∶10000地形图测绘数据完整性、跨行业数据应用的解决方案,为今后相关类基础测绘数据的快速获取与更新、促进自然资源管理业务数据与基础测绘的紧密耦合提供参考。The Third National Land Survey(referred to as“The Third Survey”for short)and the national geographical condition monitoring play an important role in the survey of natural resources in China.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the classification difference,comparison relationship,and conversion mode between the results of the Third National Land Survey and the National Geographical Condition Monitoring and the provincial 1∶10000 scale topographic map results.This paper discusses the updating method of provincial 1∶10000 scale topographic maps based on the results of the Third National Land Survey and the National Geographical Condition Monitoring,proposes a complete set of solutions to improve the integrity of provincial 1∶10000 scale topographic map data and cross industry data application,and provides a reference for the rapid acquisition and updating of relevant basic surveying and mapping data in the future and promoting the close coupling of natural resource management business data and basic surveying and mapping.
